Also, we don't want you to feel limited to what you see on our website. Unlike the
websites of other flower shops, where you're limited to what's listed on the site, we
give our customers the chance to customize every aspect of any arrangement. If you're
looking for something in particular and don't see it on our site, please call and explain
your special request. Our designer's work WITH you to create an arrangement that
both conveys the sentiment you would like to send and is absolutely gorgeous.

1-800-786-7049 and we will gladly replace it at no charge. Quality claims must be reported within 72 hours from the date of delivery.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, floral and/or containter substitutions are necessary due to availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will
ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers or containers of equal or higher value. You will
be notified if a product is unavailable when placing your order.
